The Customer declares to be a natural person, at least 18 years old, and to have the legal capacity or parental authorization allowing them to place an order on the site. When entering the Customer’s personal data in the “my account” section, they must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory information they provide. In the event of an error in the recipient’s address details, the company 4BB2 cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product. The company 4BB2 reserves the right to cancel any order when the customer’s IP address is registered in a country different from the billing and/or delivery address.

The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. The company 4BB2 takes great care in the presentation and description of these products to best satisfy the Customer's need for information. However, it is possible that minor errors may appear on the Site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. In any case, if the product delivered does not conform to its description on the Site, the Customer may either exercise their right of withdrawal or invoke the conformity guarantee of the company 4BB2, which will, if applicable, proceed with either an exchange or a refund (in full or in part) of the amount potentially charged.

Placing an order on the Site is subject to following the procedure implemented by the company 4BB2, which is completed through a series of different steps that the customer must follow in order to validate their order. The customer will have the opportunity, before finalizing their order, to review the details of the order and its total price, and to correct any potential errors before confirming the order to express their acceptance. Any order confirmed by the Customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of all the stipulations herein. The company 4BB2 will refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute or issue related to the payment of a previous order, or that contravenes the provisions of these terms. In such a case, the company 4BB2 will inform the Customer by email. If the customer fails to correct any erroneous or conflicting information in accordance with these general terms of sale, the company 4BB2 reserves the right not to process the order. A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, prices, product availability, quantity, etc.) will be sent to the customer by the company 4BB2. To this end, the customer expressly agrees to the use of email for the confirmation by the company 4BB2 of the content of their order. In any case, invoices are provided upon delivery.

1. Price Determination The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included for mainland France and the European Union, excluding shipping costs. The total order price (including all taxes and shipping fees) is indicated in the shopping cart. For Overseas Departments, Switzerland, and all other countries outside the European Union, the displayed sale prices are deemed tax-free and therefore cannot be subject to a VAT deduction. The customer acknowledges that they are considered the official importer and may, depending on the country or Overseas Department chosen for delivery at the time of order, be required to pay customs duties and/or import taxes according to the applicable legislation in the respective country or Overseas Department. The company 4BB2 reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered, subject to availability. Payment Terms Products are payable in full on the day of the effective order. Payment for purchases is made either by: Credit Card The Customer accesses a dedicated space provided by a banking institution, which ensures the security and recording of the payment order. In this respect, the Customer expressly acknowledges that providing their credit card number to the company 4BB2 constitutes authorization to debit their account for the amount of the ordered products. Bank Check In the case of payment by bank check, it must be issued by a bank domiciled in mainland France. The check will be processed upon receipt at the following address: 4BB2/UVEA 1 rue de l'espérance 59100 Roubaix The data recorded and stored by the company 4BB2 constitute proof of the order and all transactions made. The data recorded by the payment system constitute proof of the financial transactions.

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer, which must be the residence address of the customer or any other person of their choice. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or P.O. boxes. To ensure these deadlines are met, the customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (such as, but not limited to: street number, building number, staircase, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.). The indicated deadlines are approximate, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times. The company 4BB2 cannot be held responsible for the consequences of a delivery delay beyond its control. In the event of damaged parcels (already opened, missing products, etc.), the Customer agrees to notify the carrier and the company 4BB2, by any means, of any reservations within 3 days of receiving the product.

The individual Customer has the right to withdraw, which they can exercise without reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the order. This right is exercised by returning the new products (in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed) at their own expense, along with the order number, to the following address: 4BB2/UVEA 1 rue de l'espérance 59100 Roubaix The company 4BB2 will refund the Customer any amounts already paid, minus any shipping costs, under the conditions outlined in the following Article VII.

Refunds for products in the cases referred to in Articles II and VI will be made by the company 4BB2 within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the said products. The refund will be processed using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of the order or by issuing a store credit.

Any order automatically implies the customer's acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only the French courts will have jurisdiction. In case of any issue or complaint related to an order, the customer can contact Customer Service to seek an amicable solution.

The information collected by the company 4BB2 during a customer’s order is necessary for the management of the transaction and, for this purpose, may be partially or fully communicated to the service providers of the company 4BB2 involved in the execution of the order. The customer is informed that this same personal data may also be collected by an organization responsible for order analysis and combating credit card fraud.
