Uvea.fr (hereinafter referred to as "the site") is published by the company 4BB2, a limited liability company with a capital of 20,000 euros, whose registered office is in ROUBAIX (59100) - 1, rue de l'Espérance, identified in the Roubaix Tourcoing Trade and Companies Register under the number 494 581 572, intra-community VAT number fr 394 945 815 72 (hereinafter referred to as "the company 4BB2"). All orders placed on the site are subject to these general conditions of sale. The Company 4BB2 reserves the right to adapt or modify these terms and conditions at any time, the version of the general terms and conditions of sale applicable to any transaction being the one appearing online on the website www.uvea.fr at the time of the order.

I The Customer

The Customer declares to be a natural person, aged at least 18 years and to have the legal capacity or to be holder of a parental authorization allowing him to place an order on the site. When registering the personal data of the Customer in the "my account" section, the latter must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data he provides. In the event of an error in the recipient's contact details, 4BB2 shall not be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. 4BB2 reserves the right to cancel any order if the customer's IP address is located in a country different from the billing and/or delivery address.

II Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. 4BB2 takes the utmost care in the presentation and description of these products in order to provide the Customer with the best possible information. However, it is possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the Site, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts. In any case, in case of non-conformity of the delivered product compared to its description on the Site, the Customer may either exercise his right of withdrawal or implement the guarantee of conformity of the Company 4BB2 which will proceed, if necessary, either to the exchange or to the reimbursement of the price (in whole or in part) possibly invoiced.

III The Order

The placing of an order on the Site is subject to compliance with the procedure established by 4BB2, which consists of a succession of different steps that the customer must follow in order to validate the order. The customer will have the possibility, before definitively validating his order, to check the details of it and its total price, and to correct possible errors, before confirming it to express his acceptance. Any order confirmed by the Customer shall constitute a contract of sale and acceptance of all the provisions hereof.4BB2 shall refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute or incident relating to the payment of a previous order or who contravenes the provisions hereof.In this case, 4BB2 shall inform the Customer by e-mail. If the customer fails to proceed with the correction of erroneous elements or contrary to these general conditions of sale, the Company 4BB2 reserves the right not to process the order. 4BB2 will send the customer a confirmation email summarizing the order (products, price, product availability, quantity, etc.). To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of electronic mail for the confirmation by the Company 4BB2 of the content of its order. In any event, invoices shall be issued upon delivery.

IV Prices and Payment Methods

1. Determination of the priceThe prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included for the Metropolitan France and the European Union, except participation in the expenses of port.

The total price of the order (all taxes and shipping costs included) is indicated in the basket. For overseas departments, Switzerland and all other countries outside the European Union, the sales prices displayed are deemed to be tax-free and therefore cannot be subject to a VAT deduction. The customer acknowledges that he is considered as the official importer and that he may, depending on the country or overseas department of delivery chosen at the time of the order, have to pay customs and/or import duties according to the legislation in force in the said country or overseas department. 4BB2 reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the order, subject to availability.

2. Method of paymentThe products are payable cash the day of the effective order.The payment of the purchases is carried out either by:

- Credit card The Customer accesses a dedicated space provided by a banking institution, which ensures the security and registration of the payment order. In this respect, the Customer expressly acknowledges that the communication of his bank card number to 4BB2 is equivalent to authorizing the debiting of his account up to the amount of the products ordered.

V - Delivery

Delivery shall be made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the customer's home address or that of any other natural person of his choice.

In order for these deadlines to be respected, the customer must ensure that he has provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).The deadlines indicated are indicative deadlines, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times.

In case of damaged packages (already opened, missing products...), the Customer undertakes to notify the carrier and the Company 4BB2, by any means, any reservations within 3 days of receipt of the product.

VI - Right of withdrawal

The Customer has a right of withdrawal, which can be exercised without any reason, within fourteen (14) clear days from the delivery of the order, by returning the new products (in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed) at his own expense, together with the order number, to the following address: 4BB2/UVEA

4BB2 will refund the Customer any sums already paid, less any shipping costs, under the conditions set out in Article VII below.

VII - Refunds

Refunds of products in the cases referred to in Article II and VI shall be made by 4BB2 within a maximum of 30 days after receipt by it of the said products. Refunds will be made in the same manner as the payment method chosen by the customer at the time of ordering or by issuing a purchase voucher.

VIII- Applicable law

Any order implies the customer's full acceptance of the general sales conditions. These general conditions of sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, only the French courts will be competent. In case of difficulty or claim in connection with an order, the customer may contact the Customer Service to find an amicable solution.

IX - Information Technology and Civil Liberties

The information collected by the Company 4BB2 when the customer places an order is necessary for the management of the transaction and to this end may be communicated in whole or in part to the service providers of the Company 4BB2 involved in the execution of the order.
